  • Disignation With Employment Document.
  • Check Perameter

    Respondent checks the below employment details via email:

  • Candidate name
  • Employment tenure
  • Designation
  • Sometimes they also comment on Exit formalities, Rehire status, Remuneration etc.

  • Online search on EPFO website for companyname, need to click on “View payment details”r
  • Check the candidate name in associated yea
  • Candidate name in associated year
  • We will tag the result as “No records found”, if no result found while searching candidate name
  • TDS
  • Online search on TDS website with candidate’s PAN and employer’s TAN
  • Need to select financial year, Quarter, Salary as Type of return
  • Checking on candidates association as count of Records present.
  • If zero count as Records, that means no records of candidate in the financial year.
  • Repository
  • Online search on repository company database by entering candidate name and Employee ID
  • Check report contains the below details:

  • Candidate name
  • Employment tenure
  • Designation
  • Exit Status
